Introduction

GS Urban Turban Cleaning Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website https://gsurbanturban.com/, and any bookings or agreements. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and comply with India’s applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Services Provided

We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialized services as quoted. Services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom/kitchen sanitization, and waste removal using eco-friendly products. Scope is detailed in your service quote or booking confirmation. We provide all equipment and materials unless specified otherwise.

Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made via phone, website, or app. Provide accurate details (address, time preferences). We aim for confirmed slots within 24 hours, subject to availability. Cancellations require 24-hour notice; shorter notice incurs a 50% fee. No-shows forfeit full payment.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion via cash, UPI, card, or bank transfer (GST-inclusive). Rates are per quote; extras (e.g., heavy furniture moving) charged additionally. Late payments attract 1.5% monthly interest. All prices exclude GST at prevailing rates.

Client Obligations

1) Ensure safe access to premises and secure valuables/pets. 

2) Pre-vacate areas and remove clutter. 

3) Report issues within 24 hours post-service. 

We are not liable for pre-existing damages or unsecured items.

Service Standards and Performance

Services follow industry best practices and health/safety norms. We train staff and use approved chemicals/equipment. Quality checks occur post-service; dissatisfaction reported promptly allows re-cleaning within 48 hours at no extra cost.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain public liability insurance up to INR 10 lakhs. Liability is limited to service fees paid. Not responsible for wear/tear, allergies, or indirect losses. Report damages immediately with evidence.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

Staff wear uniforms/PPE and follow Municipal Solid Waste Rules, 2016. Hazardous materials must be disclosed beforehand. We comply with Shops and Establishments Act and GST laws.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 7 days’ written notice for ongoing services or immediately for breach. We reserve right to refuse service for safety/abuse reasons. Outstanding payments due on termination.

Confidentiality

We protect your property information and do not disclose without consent, except as legally required.

Force Majeure

No liability for delays due to strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond control.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved amicably; else, arbitration in Patna, Bihar under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Patna courts.

Amendments

We may update Terms; changes posted on site. Continued use implies acceptance. Last updated: January 30, 2026.
